Timothy Westbrook (costume designer)
In his visual art, special events, and “T. L. Brooke" ready-to-wear line, Timothy Westbrook effortlessly blends environmental sustainability, fairytales, and social advocacy into a playful package. Westbrook’s recognition has been as “quirky" as his personality; National Fossil Day First Place Artist, Syracuse University Sustainability Fellow, GreenBiz NYC Conference “One Great Idea” speaker, and the “Sustainicorn” of Project Runway Season 12. He was also the first out-of-state, non-painting, and youngest ever Artist-in-Residence at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, WI. He has designed and sewn for fashion designer Jill Stuart, costumer Andrew Jordan, choreographer Christopher Williams, physical theatre ensemble The Ume Group, and the off-broadway debut of emerging writer, Kev Berry's "Nora Goes 2 Space Motherfuck*r".
