The Prayer of Daphnis (2020)

The Prayer of Daphnis is a solo set to an excerpt from Maurice Ravel's celebrated score Daphnis et Chloé composed in 1912 for the Ballets Russes. The work premièred during the Covid-19 pandemic as a film made with New York City principal dancer Taylor Stanley and KW Creative at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park on November 12th, 2020 and was then first performed live at the 40th annual Battery Dance Festival on August 19th, 2021.
